Bookmaking Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, create your own soft cover book for sketching, journaling or gifting. Space is limited—register in advance. Registration will open to members on November 5 and to non-members on November 10. Learn the long stitch method of sewing together a book and leave with a new handmade decorated book and an appreciation for the craft of bookbinding. All materials are provided. Open to all levels of experience. Meets in Gathering Room B. $30 for members. $35 for non members About Nova Community Arts Nova Community Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit art studio in Los Angeles. They offer art classes, workshops, open studio access, and guest programming at their studio in Atwater Village. Nova is committed to providing arts education, access to materials and equipment, and a platform for creative expression for the community, including students, professionals, and amateurs alike.
