Ease into your weekend with a restorative sound bath led by Anna Christine Bowden in the historic Boddy House. Space is limited—register in advance. Registration will open to members on October 5 and to non-members on October 9. Click here for the sound bath on November 21 at 10:45am Amplified by the acoustic resonance of the historic building, this immersive experience invites relaxation and reflection. No prior experience required. Bring a spirit of exploration and a desire for wellness. Meets in the Boddy House. About Anna Christine Bowden Anna Christine Bowden teaches and promotes meditation, mindfulness and nervous system regulation across Southern California. She leads events such as mindfulness assemblies and sound baths in schools, parks, non-profits, businesses and private homes.
