California Natives Tour

Join the Horticulture Department on November 7 and 21 for a guided walking tour exploring California native plants, the history of the California Garden, and its connection to the LA’s Garden exhibition. Discover what makes Southern California’s native plant life so special with insights from a horticulture expert. Tours may include off-path exploration. Meets at Center Circle. About Andrew Martin Andrew Martin has worked as one of Descanso Gardens’ Gardeners for the past four years and is now the California Native Plants Horticulturist. Prior, Andrew worked for many years in Hollywood. A native of New Jersey, Andrew got his B.A. in History at the University of Pennsylvania.
