Lucha x Sound: Music, Masks and Culture

As part of Grand Avenue Arts All Access, in partnership with PBS SoCal, Grand Performances presents Lucha x Sound: Music, Masks and Culture. This free, family-friendly celebration brings together live music, lucha libre exhibitions, film and interactive activities that honor the rich cultural traditions of Mexican wrestling and its enduring influence on contemporary Los Angeles. The event coincides with PBS SoCal's Legends of Lucha Libre documentary series, which explores the history, artistry and cultural impact of lucha libre in Mexico and Southern California.
