KCRW Presents Maestro Fabiano Do Nascimento comes to Venice beach to share an intimate evening of organic acoustic Brazilian guitar w/ Julien Cantelm. With DJ Sets by Ro "Wyldeflower" Contreras Fabiano is a Brazilian-American guitarist, composer, producer and arranger, currently based in Los Angeles and Tokyo. Fabiano performs on various multi-string and multi-tuning (nylon string) guitars. A contemporary artist who is deeply rooted in Brazilian heritage and is known for his unique sound and compositions that is ever-expansive, borrowing from the traditions of Afro-Samba, Folkloric and Choro while blending elements of Jazz, experimental & electronica. DJ Wyldeflower flourishes on the airwaves with her KCRW program (every Wednesday from 8pm - 10pm) showcasing global rhtyhms and a fire in her heart.
