Crafting Your Ph.D. Elevator Pitch

Designed for first-year Ph.D. students, this interactive workshop will introduce the fundamentals of crafting an effective elevator pitch that communicates your research, interests, and goals to a variety of audiences. Participants will learn strategies for tailoring their message, engaging listeners, and building confidence when networking with faculty, peers, and professionals. Whether you're introducing yourself at a conference, networking event, or casual conversation, this session aims to help you make a memorable first impression. *This event is designed for Dornsife Ph.D. students (YR 1).
